Land purchased under market value for potential uplift in planning. Even though the planning request was not granted (and we decided not to appeal), we flipped the land for a modest profit and the buyer who developed on it was featured on TV program 'Grand Designs'.

The buyers of the land, Olaf and Fritha Mason, built their triangle house to overcome the challenges imposed by the plot format and location - hemmed in by a main road, a railway line and a sewer.
They were featured on the 2021 series of the show ‘Grand Designs’.
